| All prices are plus tax and a one time per visit cleaning fee of $55 for one to four guests or $75 for five or more guests. Standard rates include the first 2 persons and 2 horses; each additional guest or horse will be an additional $10 per night. (children under 10 stay free) This is a non-smoking facility. Persons under the age of 25 may not rent this facility. |
